At Pisces Pets, we want you and your companion to love every piece of fashion you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, tag-attached items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the garments are free of pet hair or wear.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
